Goop's Louie Shrimp Salad

The freshness needed for this summer

 Ingredients for the marinade

 -120 gr of shrimp

 -1/2 teaspoon of tabasco

 -1 pressed garlic head

 -1 tablespoon of olive oil

 For the sauce

 -50 gr of mayonnaise

 -1 tablespoon chopped shallots

 -1 tablespoon coarsely cut capers

 -1 teaspoon of tabasco

 - 1 zest and juice of a lemon

For the salad

 -1 small lettuce

 -50 gr of cherry tomatoes

 -1 diced cucumber

 -1 half avocado cut into cubes

 -1 hard-boiled egg cut into 4

 

Recipe

Combine the shrimp with the ingredients of the marinade.  Let them rest in the refrigerator. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.  Mix the vegetables in a salad bowl (except the salad). Heat a skillet over medium heat before grilling the shrimp for one minute on each side.  Spread the lettuce leaves on a large dish, put the vegetables in the center. Finish with eggs and shrimp. Season with sauce before serving.
