The color of teeth is often influenced by drinks such as coffee, but some foods can also affect the color of teeth, such as tomatoes and berries.

 

What foods should be avoided? Yogurt with fruit or fresh juice in the morning may damage your teeth. Also, a salad dish may have the same negative effect on teeth if it contains tomato or tomato sauce, it is highly acid and not suitable for teeth.

Remember, brushing your teeth 3 times a day is very helpful in getting rid of the stains caused by food and drinks. Use a good-quality electric toothbrush, and don’t forget the mouthwash.

Keep your teeth hydrated by drinking plenty of water that constantly wash acid from the surface of the teeth, which means reducing its damage.

Chewing sugar-free chewing gum helps to balance the acids in the mouth, reducing the damage to the teeth.

Make sure to visit your dentist at least twice a year to ensure that your teeth are professionally treated. You can also use professional bleaching products, but under the supervision of your doctor.
