Yogurt Granola peaches

 

Ingredients:

1 ripe peach
1 bag of granola
1 yogurt

Preparation:

Peel and cut the peach into quarters. Put aside a piece of peach and mix the others with yogurt. In a jar, put some granola, cover it with peach yogurt and finish with a piece of peach.

 

Peach Sorbet

 

Ingredients:

500 g of peaches
20 cl of water
90 g of sugar
1 lemon half juice

Preparation:

Put the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves completely. Peel and pit the peaches. Cut into small pieces and crush into fine puree. Add the sugar syrup and lemon juice. Put in ice cream maker and place it in the freezer. Serve decorated with pieces of peach.

 

Peach pie

 

Ingredients:

1 pastry roll
4 ripe peaches
Almond powder
2 eggs
75 g of sugar
10 cl of cream

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 210°C. Cut the peaches into quarters. Unroll dough in the pie plate. Prick with a fork. Sprinkle the paste with almonds, and drop the peach pieces on it. Mix eggs, sugar and cream and pour over pie. Bake for half an hour. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
