Louis Tomlinson is definitely a pure-hearted young man. The One Direction member joined a fundraising campaign to help a disabled child who happens to be a fan.

The 24-year-old singer and none other than his mother decided to help Georgia, a young girl who is suffering from an unbearable condition. She was diagnosed with Rett syndrome in 2013, a rare condition that affects the development of the brain that could lead to severe physical and mental infirmity.

Not only did Louis‘s mom manage to let Georgia and her family meet the band, but Louis has also asked his fans on Twitter to help spread awareness for Georgia to help raise the adequate amount of money for her treatment.
