Morning Exercises to Wake Up in Good Shape

We've all made a habit of pressing the snooze button whenever the morning alarm goes off, these few more minutes of sleep are supposed to get you in shape but it never works!
What if we told you that 3 minutes of morning exercises were enough for a more productive day?
30 seconds of jumping jacks
Stand up, outstretch your arms along your body, join your feet and jump while spreading your legs. Accelerating the heartbeat when you wake up allows you to boost your metabolism and spend your day with more energy.
Exercise 1
With your feet straight, bend down until your hands touch the ground. Then slowly return to the initial position. Repeat for 30 seconds.
Exercise 2
Run on the spot by slightly raising your legs. 30 seconds.
Exercise 3
Lie down on the ground, arms behind your head. Then, sit with your arms straight ahead. Repeat for 30 seconds.
Exercise 4
Stand on all fours. Inhale, then when exhaling, round your back by digging the belly. While inhaling, release the abdominal contraction and dig your back, shoulders back. Repeat 5 times.
Exercise 5
While lying on your stomach, lift your arms, legs and bust for 30 seconds.
