Phoenicia Hotel presents Noche Mexicana

An evening of Mexican flavour

In collaboration with the Embassy of Mexico, Phoenicia Hotel celebrates Mexican gastronomy on Thursday October 17 at Eau De Vie, with guest CHEF MARIA GRAUE.
For the evening, Graue has crafted a five-course menu featuring much-loved Mexican specialties and ingredients. Opening with traditional entrees such as the ‘chiles rellenos’, the bespoke menu moves on to Graue’s expert take on sea bream ceviche, tiger prawns and roasted duck. The culinary experience culminates in a tantalizing chocolate dish ending the evening on a sweet note.
Chef Maria Graue is no stranger to Lebanon, having previously lived in the country for two years, she combined humanitarian work with her passion for food while promoting Mexican cuisine through various events across the country.
Attendees of Noche Mexicana will enjoy not only Graue’s menu of Mexican flavours but also entertainment with a mariachi performance from Los Trovadores. This unique evening is all set to be an unmissable highlight of the calendar in October.
