Kate Hudson is one hell of a character! She manages to do everything with a big smile and a great sense of humor. Plus, her body is totally a huge goal of ours! She does lots and lots of Pilates, yoga, cycling and running, drinks green tea regularly and has tries to avoid acid foods as much as she can. The American actually has a number of flaws concerning her food intake… Crazy, right?! With no further due here are a few things you didn’t know about the actress’s food intake:
1. She doesn’t eat breakfast!
The number one rule of a good diet is eating breakfast, but Hudson can’t bring herself to do it. "I'm not one of those people who wakes up hungry," she told Self in an interview in 2016.
2. There are no forbidden meals
Sure, Kate Hudson likes to follow a routine by eating five small healthy meals a day, but it doesn’t mean she can’t indulge! The beautiful blonde isn’t afraid of having a cheat day once a week. “I want to do things that are not healthy sometimes", she says.
3. She can’t live without coffee
Coffee is like, the love of her life. Hudson’s Instagram account is full of pictures of coffee cups. Drinking too much coffee isn’t exactly good for your health, Kate! But if it works for her, why not!
