Control your portions
Yes, you CAN eat pizza, hamburgers, french-fries… the sky is the limit! But the essential is that you control how much you eat.
Get enough sleep
If you’re tired but still have a lot of things to do before the end of the day, take a power nap. "Relax. Let your body recharge. Try not to burn the candle at both ends" Dalton says.
Eat chocolate in moderation
When you’re deprived of chocolate, you’ll crave a whole chocolate bar. But if you eat a tiny piece every now and then, it won’t be a problem.
Manage your stress
Whenever you feel stressed out, focus on breathing, stretching and meditation. This is what Jennifer does and it works like a charm!
