Kim Kardashian’s butt is not easy to get, and the reality star wanted to make sure we all get it. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has finally shared her workout routine, and it’s super hard. The mother of two recently shared a video of herself at the gym during her ‘major leg day’ or should we say major butt day!
First of all, there’s a lot (a lot) of squatting involved as well as heavy weights. Her routine also included deadlift squats, power sled pulls, Romanian deadlifts, a seated leg press circuit and glute kickbacks against a weighted machine. With those moves, be sure to get an amazingly toned booty. As the French say, ‘chapeau bas!’
