What happened to Jennifer Aniston's plane on her birthday?

American actress Jennifer Aniston's birthday has not passed unnoticed, with a catastrophic crash that almost killed her. According to various reports, the American actress has boarded a private jet from Los Angeles International Airport in Los Angeles to the Mexican city of Cabo San Lucas to celebrate her 50th birthday.

Anniston was on board with many of her friends, such as Courtney Cox, Jamie Kimmel, Molly McNerney, Amanda Anka and others. During the take-off, the plane lost one of its wheels. However, the plane left LAX without incident but forced the crew to fly for about 3 hours to Ontario International Airport to burn the remaining fuel and safely land there.

The event came days after she celebrated turning 50 with a big birthday bash at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles attended by many Hollywood high-profile guests such as Orlando Bloom, George Clooney, his wife Amal Alamuddin, Reese Witherspoon, Kate Hudson, Demi Moore...AND Brad Pitt who made a surprise appearance according to People magazine.
